Privacy Policy

What we collect

• When you contact us. If you send a message through a form on this site, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your message and the page you sent it from. If you email, call or WhatsApp us, we receive whatever you share with us.
• Analytics, only if you agree. If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: pages visited, time spent, device and browser type, approximate location (city or region) and how you found us. If you click "Decline", Google Analytics doesn't load.
• Technical data. As with any website, when you load a page our hosting provider and the service that delivers some of our content and images receive your IP address and browser details. We don't use this to identify you.
• Choices saved in your browser. Your cookie choice and your light or dark theme are saved in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and aren't sent to us.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the work.
• To understand and improve the website, using analytics if you've agreed to it.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We don't sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a few service providers to run this website. They process data on our behalf:

• Formspree, which delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Google, for Google Analytics (only with your consent).
• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Sanity, which stores and serves some of the site's content and images.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. We may also share data if the law requires it. If you use our WhatsApp button or follow our links to Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn, those services' own privacy policies apply.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site are the analytics cookies that Google Analytics sets after you click "Accept" (_ga and _ga_…). They tell visits apart and last up to two years. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, also at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser's settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to reply to you and to manage any work that follows, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Google Analytics keeps detailed analytics data for up to 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• delete it;
• withdraw any consent you've given, such as for analytics;
• let someone you nominate exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.

Email us at pavan@namakcreativeagency.com. We'll reply as soon as we can, and within the time the law allows. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Keeping your data safe

We use reasonable security measures, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections and reputable service providers. No way of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
